Résumé

This study will look at the analysis of the policy of handling the covid-19 pandemic by the government from a prophetic legal point of view based on three main pillars, namely humanization, liberation and transcendent. In this study the authors used normative research by using legislation approaches, prophetic legal concept approaches and case approaches. The results showed that the analysis of the policy of handling the covid-19 pandemic conducted by the government still has data on recipients of assistance that is not arousal, the distribution of basic needs assistance that is not carried out gradually from the Central Government to the Local Government but is done simultaneously, there is a legal basis that opens the room for abuse of authority due to the existence of legal immunity for officials.
