Google Translate is a popular machine translation that is easy and free to use. As popular as it is, Google Translate still makes mistakes and researchers perform error analysis in order to observe the error being made by Google Translate. This meta-analysis was conducted to explore previous studies on error analysis being don on Google Translate in Malaysia between 2015-2020. Although there are many studies on perception of Google Translate in Malaysia, there are only few studies on error analysis on Google Translate in Malaysia. The analysis conducted found five studies that fit the descriptions. This study focused on four categories which is types of methodology, types of corpus, types of respondents, and main findings. The findings from this study is hope to help Google Translate user to be aware of the errors made by Google Translate.
