The research purpose is to fulfill the assignment and acknowledge the method and specific way of Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL). In order to improve learning English as foreign language (EFL) in the developing country such as Indonesia, English teachers need to integrate student's literature in teaching and learning process. Method and technique is the important key to teach any kind of courses, for this is very influential on learning outcomes later. The method of research is also accompanied by techniques that are supportive and more specific. This research uses a descriptive research with qualitative technique. This research used three types of data collection techniques, including observation, documentation and interviews. Based on the implementation of the study in addition to teaching reading, the teacher used the discussion learning methods. In addition, the study also proposed some suggestions for further research. These suggestions state the need to conduct developing method of teaching in classroom.
