In the modern age where organizations are facing hard market competition made very difficult for organizations to maintain employee loyalty. This study aims to focus on employee loyalty of commercial banks of Sindh. This study investigates job satisfaction as a possible cause of employee loyalty. In addition, mediation of employee engagement is also assessed. The primary data from N=284 respondents (employees of commercial banks) was collected and purposive sampling technique was used. The statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, correlation and path analysis were used. Results revealed that job satisfaction has positive significant effect on employee loyalty and employee engagement mediates the relationship between satisfaction and loyalty. The results are very crucial for HR policy makers, especially for banking sector.
