The purpose of this research was to develop a model of inter-organization cooperative network. This is to promote Chinese–language teaching management in private schools by studying the conditions and the ways to build inter-organization cooperative networks. Also, this paper has an initiative to manifest changes in private schools through the study of relevant documents and research. As for its process, interviews were conducted with 5 experts and 3 school administrators who have good practices, while the suitability of the model was examined by 9 experts with an interview. After that, the feasibility of the model was assessed by using a feasibility assessment form from the administrators of private Chinese language schools in the networks of private Chinese language schools. The instrument was a likert scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The results showed that the model of inter-organization cooperative networks to promote Chinese language teaching management in private schools consists of 5 components: cooperative networks agency, the role of cooperative networks agency, input factors, cooperative networks building process, and product. Therefore, the results of the assessment of the model of inter-organization cooperative networks to promote Chinese language teaching management in private schools indicated that the feasibility of the developed model was at the highest level.
