Résumé

This paper aims to present ideologies of V.I Lenin and Ho Chi Minh in building socialist state government and socialist market economy. When embarking on the construction of socialism in the Soviet Union, Lenin pointed out that the essence of the military economy is a fierce struggle between the newly born socialism on the one hand and the capitalist and spontaneous capitalist forces on the other. With his contributions, V.I. Lenin became the faithful successor and creative developer of scientific and revolutionary doctrines of Marx and Engels in the era of imperialism and proletarian revolution. The theories of V.I. Lenin had a profound influence on the peoples and leaders of the new revolutionary movement in the early twentieth century. To go to socialism, according to Ho Chi Minh, one must go through a military revolution to transform our country from a backward agricultural country into an industrial one. The writer wrote: “Today we take agricultural production as the main thing. Because in order to expand the industry, there must be enough food and raw materials. But socialist industrialization is still the common goal of our people's striving and the true way of prosperity.
