College time is very important time in a student life as it provides responsibility, job opportunities, and promises to give a comfortable life in future. But at the same time these responsibilities and opportunities make students feel pressurised which can cause mental health problems, such as, stress, depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, etc. These types of mental health problems enable the student to have suicidal tendencies. Most of the researchers have found out that these mental health issues are present in the college students across the world. Students are facing these issues because of assignment’s deadlines, exam, coursework, social relationships, and transition from school to college life. For these problems there are many suicidal prevention helplines but still these problems are getting nastiest day by day. The main reason of these problems is college students are lacking in managing their lifes. Therefore, this paper aims to explore five most important universal management skills from Bhagavad Gita’s verses, like, leadership, time management, stress management, decision making, and positive attitude. These five management skills help Indian college students to manage their mental health problems effectively and, have a sustainable growth and balance life.
