Public policies based on human rights, the pursuit of the general interest and the common good are the discourse of many governments, but in reality they are not evident; thus, the objective of this paper is to make known the importance of joining efforts so that through public policies these precepts are concretized through specific actions. The construction of the general interest where beliefs, values, rules that guide the behavior of individuals converge, from the public ethics are translated into what is right, in taking care of the public, the collective, what belongs to all, while from the orbit of the ethics of technology, in which the human being in all his actions with the use of technologies works ethically going from doing to Being. A proposal is presented so that the public policies of the future reach social equity, which dignifies human beings, without any distinction or social exclusion. It is a qualitative-interpretative study that leads to the conclusion that public policies should aim to achieve goods such as happiness, a good life according to the concept that each individual has, according to his or her life project, but above all to vindicate the value of the Human Being.
