Patient’s Right vis-à-vis doctor’s Duty from Legal Perspective

The current situation of the doctor patient relationship is a matter of concern in the present medical fraternity. There is huge increasing rate of medical negligence and malpractice cases side by side it is also a matter of concern in terms of conflict between doctor patient which is draining not only the doctor of their significant financial resources but also their professional satisfaction which they are not deriving from the medical sector respectively and there is significant loss of dignity as well as mental peace. The element of consent is the key issues in medical treatment that needs to be analyzed from legal perspective in determining both the patient’s and doctor’s right. This paper is thus an attempt critically analyze or scrutinize the legal implications that are involved in the present medical fraternity.
