That be marketing in this research is “how much influence the procurement and development of employees towards the performance of employees at PT. Inara Rantauprapat. The aim of this study is to look at the procurement and development of employees in the company, to know how much influence the procurement and development of employees towards the performance of employees at PT. Inara Rantauprapat as well as to find out the obstacles in carrying out the procurement and development of employees in CV. Inara Rantauprapat.
