The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction and leadership style perceived by employees. The research sample used Company employees was 99 respondents. The research information analysis method uses path analysis using the PLS-SEM application. The results of research findings explain that the influence of conflict handling on conflict management behavior through types of conflict as a mediation variable must eliminate indicators of finding solutions to variable conflict handling, while the effect of job satisfaction on conflict management behavior is insignificant if it is through types of conflict with only value conflict indicators and only confrontation indicators on conflict management behavior,the effect of job satisfaction on conflict management behavior is significant.
