Résumé

E-learning is defined as a learning system that uses various forms of computer technology connected to the internet to develop new knowledge and skills in individual and collaborative learning. The quality and sustainability of the e-learning program need to be evaluated comprehensively in terms of the aspects of planning, implementation, and the program's impacts. The Comprehensive Approach of E-Learning Program Evaluation (CAeLPE) model is an e-learning program evaluation model that comprehensively includes the dimensions of planning, implementation, and impacts / outcomes of a program. This model consists of four types: 1) context evaluation, 2) input and technological novelty evaluation, 3) artifacts development, process, and e-learning environment functionality evaluation, and 4) product and e-learning environment quality evaluation.
