The pandemic of coronavirus tests the leaders of companies and organizations in every sector. The consequences of this crisis can last long enough, creating even more problems. This study aims to understand the simultaneous and partial effect on employee performance of transformative management, engagement, and organizational culture. 102 employees from Islamic universities were used as research respondents. Research samples were used. Multiple linear regressions with SPSS for Windows are the analytical tool used in this research. The study results explain that transformation management, commitment, and corporate culture simultaneously have an important impact on the performance of employees. In the meantime, transformative leadership is the variable that has the main influence on employee performance.
